What method of payment is accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and GooglePay.
How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. Some items, such as leather jackets, are made to order and will take 6-10 weeks to ship.
How do I place a custom order for a leather jacket?
Simply use the "custom" size during checkout and we will email you for your specific desired measurements or any other changes once your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number.
What is your return policy for domestic shipments?
All items are returnable less shipping fees or exchanged for full store credit. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
How do I process a return?

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at service@centumshop.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.
